What we do with data, in plain language.
This page covers two separate things: the data of people who call a business that uses Ringaide, and the data of people who fill in the form on this website.
Data from phone calls.
When someone calls a business that uses Ringaide, the agent processes what is said in order to help them: name, phone number, address, and a description of the problem. That data belongs to the business, not to us. We process it on their instructions under a processing agreement.
Transcripts and summaries are kept for a period the business sets. Audio recordings are only kept when the business asks for it. Callers are told they are speaking to a digital assistant. Caller data is never sold, shared with advertisers or used to train models for other customers.
Data from the contact form.
If you fill in the form we receive your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to answer you and to prepare a demo if you ask for one. It is stored on our own server in the EU and is not shared with third parties.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising trackers. A language preference is stored in your browser so the site opens in the language you chose, and that never leaves your device.
Access, correction and deletion.
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Mail info@ringaide.com and we will handle it within thirty days.
If your data was processed because you called a business that uses Ringaide, we will point you to that business, because they are the controller of that data and we act on their instructions.
