It has to land where you already work.

An agent that books appointments in a system nobody opens is worse than no agent. Ringaide writes into the calendar and the software you already use, and we build the connection during setup.

What connects

Four things need to talk to each other.

Your calendar

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 are connected directly: the agent reads free slots and writes the appointment while the caller is still on the line. Any calendar that speaks CalDAV or has an API can be connected during setup.

Your field service software

If your jobs live in a planning or field service package, the appointment and the intake go there rather than only into a calendar. Which package it is decides how deep that goes, so we check it before you sign anything.

Text and WhatsApp

The confirmation to the caller goes out immediately after the call, with the time and your company name, so nobody has to remember what was agreed.

Your inbox

Every summary and transcript can go to one address or several, for example the office and the engineer on duty.

Your phone system

Nothing needs replacing. Your existing number is forwarded, conditionally or always, and the agent transfers back to any number you choose. That works with mobile, landline and every common VoIP provider.

Being straight with you

What we will not claim.

Plenty of sites in this market show a wall of logos suggesting everything works out of the box. In practice, depth of integration varies enormously per system and per account.

So we do it the other way around: tell us what you use, and before you commit to anything we tell you exactly what will be automatic, what will be a one-off build, and what will stay manual.

How we handle it

  • You name the systems you work in
  • We check what each one allows
  • You get it in writing before you decide
  • Anything custom is built during setup, not billed later
Questions

About connecting things up.

What if my software has no API?

Then the appointment goes to your calendar and the intake to your inbox, and someone copies it across. We say so up front rather than pretending otherwise.

Who owns the data?

You do. Transcripts, summaries and caller details are yours, exportable, and deleted on a schedule you set.

Can it write into two calendars?

Yes, for example one per engineer, and it can pick the right one based on the type of job or the working area.

Does it work with a shared phone number across locations?

Yes. The agent can route by location, by working area or by which duty roster is active at that moment.
